A free, casual drop-in beach gathering at Juno Beach Pier (South Side). The event starts at 6 PM on Mondays with light movement activities like yoga flows, mobility stretches, and bodyweight workouts. Afterward, participants can enjoy beach games such as Spikeball, ladder ball, and cornhole, or simply relax in a beach chair and watch the sunset. The gathering continues until dusk. Attendees are encouraged to bring a beach chair, towel, yoga mat, and their favorite drinks and snacks. RSVP is optional.
