A free, casual drop-in beach gathering at Juno Beach Pier (South Side). The event starts on Mondays at 6 PM with light movement activities such as yoga flows, mobility stretches, and fun bodyweight workouts. Afterward, participants can enjoy beach games like Spikeball, ladder ball, and cornhole, or simply relax in a beach chair and watch the sunset. The gathering continues until dusk. Attendees are encouraged to bring a beach chair, towel, or yoga mat, along with their favorite drinks and snacks. RSVP is optional.
