Coral Cove Park is a smaller, more sheltered beach near the Jupiter Inlet, popular for snorkeling around the nearshore rock ledges when conditions are calm. It's less crowded than Carlin Park, with a shaded picnic area just off the sand.
The rock ledges just offshore hold fish and other marine life close enough to see without a boat, which makes this one of the easier snorkel spots in town for beginners, weather permitting. It also connects to the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse's nearby grounds, an easy pairing for a half-day out.
Practical notes
- Snorkeling conditions depend heavily on the day's water clarity and wave action. Check a local surf or dive report before heading out, since visibility can change quickly.
- Parking is limited compared to Carlin Park; arrive earlier on weekends.
- Pairs well with a stop at the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse, a short drive away.
